If I knew I could not fail, I would…
Every year around this time I start to think about my goals for the next 365. I have a small collection of .PDF books from other creatives that I like to look through to find ideas. It helps me to think about my business and to start brainstorming how I’m going to do better THIS year than I did the year before.
This week I’m working through “Your Best Year 2015” because that is the last one that I bought. I suppose I could get 2017’s addition to the series, but I don’t think I ever finished this one. Why use the money when I could use this one?
One of the first questions that she asks in the book is, “If I knew I could not fail, I would…” So I started to think about that.
What would I do?
Well, when I dream big and I think about all the things that I’ve always wanted, it always comes back to Nittanis.
If I could not fail, I would sell my home, drag my family to the outskirts of Vancouver, start teaching classes and quit my day job. I would go full time as a YouTuber. I would Etsy the hell out of my life. I would never ever clock in to make money for someone else ever again. I’m so serious, if I could quit my day job I would.
So, how am I going to get there? Well… I have no idea. I’m working as hard as I can. I am spending as much time as I can working to build my business. Can you say that you’re doing the same? What have you done today to be a better business owner, to answer the question, “If I knew I could not fail, I would…”
